FRAME Cheongdam Clinic (the “Clinic”) complies with applicable privacy laws and publishes this Policy to explain how website users’ personal information is handled securely.
Purpose of processing
The Clinic processes personal information only for the purposes described below and follows the required procedures if those purposes change.
- Receiving online inquiries and verifying the requester
- Reviewing inquiries, coordinating consultations and replying
- Handling complaints and reviewing consultation history
- Maintaining website stability and security
Information collected and method
Required: name, contact details and consent status
Optional: treatment interest and inquiry message
Automatically generated: access and browser records for security
Collection method: website consultation form
Retention period
Online inquiry information is retained for one year and then deleted. We will delete it without delay if you request deletion or if it is no longer needed, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Records required by law are stored separately for the applicable statutory period.
Third-party sharing and processing
The Clinic does not disclose personal information to third parties except with prior consent or when required by law.
The Clinic currently does not outsource the processing of website inquiries. Any future processor and scope will be disclosed with appropriate safeguards.
Deletion
Information is destroyed when its retention period expires or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Requests are handled after identity verification in accordance with applicable law.
Security safeguards
The Clinic manages access rights, passwords, access records and security software to prevent loss, theft, leakage, falsification, alteration or damage.
Cookies
An essential cookie may remember the “do not show for 24 hours” popup choice. It is used only to control popup display, expires after the set period and may be blocked or deleted in browser settings.
Visit statistics · Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, in a limited, cookieless mode on public information pages. No consent panel opens automatically. You can turn analysis off in “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Existing refusals and browser privacy signals are respected.
Analysis may include general page categories, language, referral channels, visits, scrolling, contact-button clicks and device/browser details. The service provider may receive your IP address during network transmission. We do not send names, contact details or consultation messages, and exclude treatment details, consultation-input screens, the admin area and individual articles.
Data is sent to Google LLC (United States) to understand site use and improve usability. Cookieless does not mean that no data is transmitted. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied. Google signals, ad personalisation, user IDs, automatic form tracking and site-search collection are disabled.
We do not grant permission to read or store analytics cookies and remove existing analytics cookies for this site. User- and event-level retention is set to two months; aggregate reports may be outside this setting. Changed preferences are stored in this browser for 180 days. Turning analysis off stops subsequent transmission. Contact the Clinic below about information already transmitted.
Limited interaction analysis · Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity operates in limited cookieless mode only on Space and Location pages. The homepage, treatment details, consultation and booking pages, admin area, articles and privacy policy are excluded. Analysis stops when personal-information inputs appear or you open a consultation feature.
To improve usability, page URLs, temporary page/session identifiers, IP address and approximate location, device/browser details, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements and layout records may be sent to Microsoft Corporation (United States). All text is strictly masked. Cookieless mode may limit cross-page continuity, session replay and other features.
Data may be processed in regions described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft may use it for service delivery, product improvement, advertising and other purposes under its own policy. We disable Clarity cookies, advertising storage, custom user identification and advertising-account integrations. Microsoft states a 30-day retention period for ordinary playback, and up to nine months for click/heatmap data and labelled or favourited sessions.
To stop subsequent collection, uncheck Clarity and save in “Analytics preferences”, or select “Turn off analytics”. Existing refusals and browser privacy signals are respected. Changed preferences are stored for 180 days. Re-enabling may take effect on the next page visit. Contact the Clinic or Microsoft about information already transmitted.
